All units are strictly non-smoking and pet free. We also do not allow smoking directly around the building.
Rates
Winter Pricing
Weekday $99-119 Fri-Sat $129-149
Rates are between $99and $189 per night depending on the season and day of the week. Weekdays are generally priced a little lower than Fridays and Saturdays. We may offer special low rates for some periods during the winter and some special rates may apply during holidays. Please check the availability/ rates calendar for current rates.
We usually do not do single nights in Fridays and Saturdays but may make an exception in the case of a cancellation. If you see availability for a single night, do send an email and we'll get right back to you. Single nights are $119 minimum as we are small and our cleaning charges work against us for single nights. We are always want to accommodate you though, so again, please do email us.

City of Chicago Hotel Operators' Tax: 8.5%
City of Chicago Vacation Rental Surcharge, added Dec 1st 2018: 2%
Cook County: 1%

Payment\ Cancellation Policy
Full payment is taken at time of reservation. All major credit cards accepted, and payment can be made via this website (the ‘availability’ tab) or via the phone ( 773-319-2331)
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more before arrival shall be refunded at 100%
Reservations cancelled between 14 and two days prior to arrival shall be charged 50% of the full scheduled stay
All cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date are non refundable
*Please note that there is a $30 fee for all refunds in order to cover transaction costs
